β No actionThe real problem
The hub separates events, health notices, forms, invoices, policies and general updates, then only interrupts the family when something genuinely needs attention.
One guarded journey
Each message moves through small, explicit checks. A failure stays with that message and cannot stop the rest of the batch.
Bounded Gmail searches find school and childcare mail while excluding Spam and Trash.
Body identity and SHA-256 attachment hashes stop renamed copies becoming repeated files or alerts.
Sensitive health and incident notices bypass Gemini. Other current mail uses strict Google Gemini output that is validated again.
Drive receives the record, valid future dates can reach Calendar, and actionable updates get one clean Gmail alert.
What it handles today
Attachments and body-only messages land in allowlisted category folders, never a model-invented destination.
Exact hashes, stable attachment identity and message fingerprints work together across copied deliveries.
Malformed, past or implausibly distant proposals are discarded before Calendar is touched.
Every actionable update gets its own readable email with deadlines, reasons and links back to the source.
Privacy by architecture
Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Apps Script and Google Gemini are the complete processing boundary. This public page contains only fictional examples.
